Spagnotti Contracting is an Omaha-based residential contracting company built around a simple idea: a home’s systems do not work in isolation, and neither should the people working on them.
Our role is to evaluate the property as a whole, understand how each system affects the others, and determine the correct scope of work before it begins—then carry that same standard through every phase of work, from the initial walkthrough through project closeout.
WHY WE EXIST
A house does not experience its roof, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior trim as separate projects. Those systems meet, overlap, and affect one another.
A roofing project may require attention to wall flashing, siding clearances, ventilation, and gutter drainage—not only the shingles. A window leak may actually begin in failed fascia or exterior trim above it. A deck project is not only framing and boards—its height, ledger connection, drainage, grading, and relationship to the house all affect whether it performs correctly years after construction. Those are the details that can be missed when each trade looks only at its own narrow scope.
We do not treat a roof, window, deck, or siding repair as an isolated item on a checklist. We look at the adjoining materials, structure, drainage, and water paths before deciding what a project actually needs. The goal is simple: fix the problem correctly, without repairing one component while leaving the real cause untouched.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE COMPANY
Founder Noah Spagnotti has spent his career working directly with homeowners—inspecting properties, identifying the actual cause of a problem rather than just its symptoms, and determining what a project genuinely requires before any work begins. That experience extends to overseeing the trade professionals carrying out the work, ensuring the finished result matches what the property actually needed.
Through that experience, Noah saw how often otherwise good construction projects became frustrating because of unclear scopes, disconnected trades, inconsistent communication, and poor coordination.
Spagnotti Contracting was built to address those problems—not by claiming that one person can perform every trade, but by applying the same diagnostic judgment and standard to every project, regardless of which trades it involves.

Different scopes require different skills, equipment, training, and trade experience—a roofer, a concrete finisher, and a landscaper are not interchangeable, and we do not pretend otherwise. What stays constant is the standard applied to evaluating, planning, and reviewing that work, regardless of which trade is performing it.
As the company grows, those standards are intended to remain the foundation of every project.
